BWSF&B has a growing employment law practice. BWSF&B assists clients with their employment law needs both in and out of the courtroom. We handle all types of employment litigation before the courts, tribunals and administrative agencies. In addition, we have significant experience with the drafting and negotiation of policies and procedures, employee handbooks and all kinds of employment contracts including, but not limited to, non-competition agreements, non-solicitation agreements, confidentiality agreements, and severance agreements.
